My goal is to train and educate my clients how to exercise safely by using Pilates Method. My method of training is to incorporate Pilates, a form of isometric exercise developed and practiced to simultaneously stretch, strengthen, tone, and align the body, while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. Along the way I strive to provide and meet your goals with enough knowledge, advice and resources that you become comfortable and confident to meet your goals in any fitness/weight room environment.
