What is Pilates exercise?

Pilates exercise is a form of isometric exercise developed and practiced to simultaneously stretch, strengthen, tone, and align the body, while eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. Pilates-style workouts have been used by dancers and athletes for decades.

Pilates exercise is designed to:

  • improve posture, balance, and coordination
  • Build strength without “bulking up”
  • Increase flexibility and agility
  • Develop optimal core control
  • Create flat abdominals, slender thighs and a strong back
  • Provide a refreshing mind-body workout

 

The following services are offered to help you commit to reach your goals in weight lose, tone up, increase endurance and strength.

Private Lessons in the following areas:

  • Pilates mat, equipment (reformer, cadillac, and tower)
  • Personal Training – strength and endurance
  • Zumba

Price

         Single – 1 hour session

  •  $65.00   single  session
  • $55.00     4 session
  • 45.00   8 or mor session

          Duo(2 people) 1-hour session

  • 45.00 per person  1 hr session
  • 35.00  4 sessions  each per person
  • 25.00  8 session or more

         Group 3 or more

  • 20.00 per person
